How do i change out my replacement pad?

Please make sure that your boot is compatible with the removable hooked bottom system. (As its not a direct fit on every boot.)

  1. Remove the old pad
    Turn the boot over and locate the pad on the bottom. Firmly pull the old pad off to separate it from the hooked bottom.
  2. Align the new pad
    Make sure the replacement pad is the same size as the original. Line it up evenly with the on the hooked bottom of the boot.
  3. Press to secure
    Press the new pad firmly into place. Check that all edges are fully secured before use.
How do i cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription all you need todo is login to your account and select profile, then manage subscriptions.

If you don't have an account please find the magic link email that you have associated to your subscription.
I don't see my size?

We currently stock most commonly used sizses and are expanding based on demand.
If your size ins't avaliable yet, contact us or join the waitlist and well notify you when it drops!
What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
